ABOUT EVA
My name is Eva Meneghini and I'm from Barquisimeto, Venezuela. Art has been always present in my life, thanks to my grandfather. I have memories from my grandfather, watching him mixing pigments and creating new colors to dye the raw leather hides; to me it was amazing how that “something” with no shape, raw, smelly and ugly would turned into a finished product, so beautiful and unique.
I have always been a very happy person with a very colorful personality. Colors are part of my world. Being raised in South America, nature, textures, light, and bright colors play a very important role in my creative process. I always try to translate my feelings into my creation.
At age 18, I left home to study Fashion Design in Miami, Florida, at Miami International University of Art & Design, where I got my BFA in Fashion Design (2013).
I also have a masters in Textile Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA, (2016)
My Passion for photography grew after I took several photography classes during my Master in San Francisco, and also the fact of living in such an eclectic city, I HAD the need to documented everything around me.
There still more chapters to come in my life, but so far I feel very fortunate to where I stand.today I feel very proud about myself for all the things I’ve accomplished in the past years, and that’s when it hits you that every sacrifice is worth it in life.
ABOUT TREVOR
Trevor was born and raised in Wisconsin, went to Stanford where he studied Management Science and Engineering. After school he moved to San Francisco where we met and was on the founding team of 3 tech companies. We then moved to Florida where he got a job at Electronic Arts. When we got married on February 2nd 2018. Today he is a Director of Product for a tech company that let's him work where our life together takes us.
He's my biggest cheerleader and supports all of my crazy adventures and dreams, so much that he's wiling to be my assistant on the weekends and give up playing video games during those hours.
And that's why we are the best TEAM!
ABOUT US
Trevor and I met in San Francisco, CA; while I was doing my Master in Textile Design and he was working in the city. We saw each other at church one day, until Trevor asked me out on a official date and the rest was history!
After I graduated from my masters, I moved to Fort Myers, FL to work as a CAD Artist for Chico's and Trevor moved to Orlando to work at Electronic Arts. We continued dating (long distance) for one more year... at this point we had been dating for 3 years.
Until one day, on August 12, 2017 Trevor PROPOSED! We when to Lovers Key State Park for a "Picnic" and when we finally sit down to eat, I open the picnic basket and... there's was a cute little bunny (Luna) with a ring tied to her neck!!! he grabbed the ring, got down in one knee and asked me to marry him, and OF COURSE I SAID YES!
It was truly one of the happiest moment of our life, there were lots of happy tears and laughs
On October 21st 2017 we had our civil wedding and on February 2nd 2018 we had our religious wedding in Miami, Florida.
Today we live in Austin, Texas and we keep adding new memories our wonderful life.
